Kimi has been doing my family’s hair for well over a year and is wonderful. The color always looks great, cuts are beautiful, and she’s taught me how to manage my curly hair as well. We’re so grateful to have found her!

Kimi did my hair and makeup for this Halloween look and did such an amazing job!!! It held great for the whole night (and the next day too. I may have slept in it because I had more Halloween events the next day😭 lol). She was so nice and professional and happy to work with me to make sure things turned out exactly how I wanted. The appointment was so chill and fun and I definitely recommend Kimi/Ulta in the future!

Caren absolutely botched my hair so terribly bad. Like BAD BAD BAD. Picture attached. The staff at Ulta was so kind and held my hands and told me that it was a hot mess but they would fix it! Nick fixed my hair as best he could (not much he could do) even while doing his own clients hair. The whole thing was free and the managerial staff was awesome but don't get your hair cut here. Well except Nicks probably good if your hair doesn't start out as botched!

Highly recommended! When I asked for help finding a product I was taken to it promptly. All of the staff were friendly, polite and kind. Everything was taken care of efficiently and promptly. Plus, the product (hand cream) did not contain any awful ingredients like Laureth Sulfates. Go ULTA Ithaca!
