Brian and Vitoria have long been in the massage community here in Ithaca and welcomed me with open arms when I first moved here and aren’t just great massage therapists but great people !

I have been to this studio over 15 times and have loved every experience. The owners are easy to communicate with for booking, the atmosphere in the studio is comforting and has local art featured as decor, it always feels clean and warm, and the massage therapist are all amazing. They also offer couples massages! Highly recommend!!

I just had the most epic, high-quality deep tissue massage of my life by David at Attuned Life Massage & Wellness. The atmosphere exudes good energy. The massage was smooth, calming, perfectly balanced and incorporated techniques that were unique and divinely therapeutic. Do not hesitate to book. Highly recommended.

I just received a wonderful Ashiatsu massage. Victoria incorporated a wonderful balance of flow and deep work. I was, at first, wondering if It would be too deep, because of using the feet to massage, but I actually found it to be a perfect balance. Victoria also checked in about pressure. At times I couldn't tell the difference between a regular massage (with hands) and an Ashiatsu massage. I highly recommend getting one!
