I had a really good experience today in comparison to previous visits! I usually feel a little uneasy in Ulta but MK really made my experience more enjoyable! She was very personable and knowledgeable about all the fragrances and helped me find the perfect one. Im glad to see nicer people at this store!

I stopped by today to get some essentials and Jeremiah’s energy was infectious. It made me want to shop even more. He seemed so willing to help everyone out and kept the check out line moving fast. If you need help, I’d ask for him as his energy was just so kind!

As other reviewers have stated employees here our helicopters! Made me feel as though I was stealing, and kept walking around me several times staring at me and my purse. I left feeling very uncomfortable

Poor customer service, lack of items for certain cultures, lack of assistance, even while being "watched". Pick up policy, inconvenient and inconsistent with other locations. I have been to this location on 3 occasions, each time is worse than the previous, third time is a charm. I will not return.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service was horrible no body helped me even after asking. Tried talking to Daina the manger and she was passive aggressive. They also had the nerve too follow me and watch me as if I was a theft but couldn’t help. If extremely disrespected my some of the staff.
