Phenomenal customer service! Kyla and two other ladies (did not get their names) were scouring the store to help me find various items for my secret Santa. I have a terrible sense of smell and don’t know what cotton candy smells like, but the Kyla went above and beyond to help me find what was needed and the other two offered plenty of helpful suggestions. It was fun to search around and get recommendations, 10/10 would shop again
Exceptional service I received at the Huntsville location for my online order. I made a call to enquire if my order would be ready in 30 minutes because of exceptional circumstances, and it was! Thank you for going above and beyond!
ALL the fragrances I actually REALLY love ❤️ are NO LONGER available! They usually say they're seasonal, but they haven't brought them back. Then they'll recreate new ones that smell the same as the one that exists but change the name. Then raise the price of the original. SMH 🤦🏾♀️
