This review is long overdue! Allie at the Ulta Beauty in Howell truly deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service. She has helped my daughters and me on multiple occasions, and each shopping experience has been fantastic! The first time we visited was around Halloween, when I stopped in with my daughter to find the perfect makeup for her costume. Allie kindly asked if we needed help and immediately guided us through the store. She knew exactly what we were looking for and even recommended additional products that completely elevated the final makeup look. Her knowledge, talent, and passion for makeup were obvious right away. She took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we left feeling confident and fully prepared. This location sucks, every aspect of it is not meeting expectations, but the customer service is at the forefront. Do not expect to have any timely curbside or in store pick ups, they don’t respond or are too busy gossiping to help, even middle of the day, middle of the week. I am inclined to only shop in freehold and brick now, as I’ve never had a good experience here even though it’s 5 minutes from my house. The drive to pond plaza freehold is worth it, always clean, always helpful, always fast.

I came to the Howell location & was greeted by Allie. She was so unbelievably nice & helpful! I truly appreciated her patience as she helped pick out the perfect makeup for me. She is the best!! Then, Alex helped me check out and she was also so kind! Good job Howell Ulta, you have wonderful employees. 👏🏼

Best place to shop for all your beauty products! The sales help there is super helpful and sometimes I'll even ask them to help my match my color skin to a bronzer, foundation, or contour. They are super friendly and patient. In Ulta beauty there is always some good deals going on. There is a variety of prices of the makeup products based on their brand.Ulta beauty is a perfect place to go with friends. In the back, there is a salon and you could get your hair done, lashes on... It's an easy to shop store with so many options. They have a perfumes section and a hair section. Highly recommend checking them out!

Danielle did an amazing job on my hair cut! She was super thorough and knew exactly what to do to make my hair appear much fuller after postpartum hair loss. I reallly appreciated her attention to detail. Definitely highly recommend booking with her!!
