I had an amazing experience at Ulta Beauty, where I received the perfect treatment to bring new life to my hair. My stylist, Melayne, went above and beyond—adding highlights, giving my hair a healthy trim, and making me feel truly special throughout the process. From the revitalizing wash and treatment to the finishing touches, she handled everything with such care and skill. When I saw the final results, I was overwhelmed with joy and even brought to tears—I couldn’t believe how beautiful my hair looked. I highly recommend Ulta Beauty and a professional like Melayne for anyone looking for top-quality service and a truly uplifting experience. Without a doubt, this was the best salon visit I’ve ever had.

This particular location of Ulta beauty is my favorite because of two women that work there, 1 has been there quite some time and another one is new to me, Kemia. She is very friendly, very helpful and very informative. I like that Ulta now has things that I had to buy somewhere else like the Amika Hair Line.

This store is always organized and clean and the staff is always helpful and kind every time I come in. Well stocked, has lots of brands. I brought my cousin in today to be color matched for a foundation and the employee with short blonde hair did an amazing job and was very knowledgeable about shade matching.

The manger was rude from the moment I walked to the counter. I assumed she was having a bad day not my business. I said I called to have a pattern steamer placed on hold for me… she turned I thought to look for it.. she asked anyone seen a steamer they said no. She said NOPE… I paused then said the young lady on the phone named Kat said she would hold one for me since I was driving an hour away. She simply said Kat isn’t even here today… I smiled and asked how would I know you even have an employee named Kat here unless someone on the phone said so. She walked away speaking in an earpiece I decided to wait upon her return… she returned with a big cardboard box they opened it and she just slid it in my direction in the counter. I was pleasant gave my number and offered my receipt she mumble

My daughters and I had the great pleasure of meeting and working with Kemia. She was so professional, nice and helped match all three of us for makeup foundation, concealer and more. I loved her personality and how great she was. She definitely made the experience so enjoyable! Thanks love for all your help today, you definitely brightened my daughter’s day with all your expertise and help!
