My bonus baby is very particular about his hair. He has had multiple haircuts that he hated and most the time he would be a little teary-eyed at the thought of a haircut. We walked in. The atmosphere was nice, clean and professional. Diana did an amazing job listening to him and taking his fears into consideration when cutting his hair. She took her time and kept an open line of communication on what she was doing and why she was doing it to ease his fears. I left with a very happy 11-year-old. So thank you to Mrs. Diana for putting a smile on my boys face. He even let me snap a picture of it, which is big because normally after a haircut no one is allowed to take pictures for days afterwards! We will definitely be returning customers!
