Great beauty store, a bit low on stock (they were out of a lot of items.) Caridad was working very hard helping customers (as she was the only one working the floor.) She was extremely helpful and recommended products for sensitive skin. She is very knowledgeable of all the brands and she has a fun can do approach to her work.

Small, with low stock. Every time I’ve been in, the staff has been judgy, passive aggressive, and rude. Braintree store is much better, everyone is so warm, friendly, and kind.

Came in for some last second, crucial makeup before a job interview. Angelina is a literal angel and did an amazing job. She blended an insane scar, it was a work of art. I have never stepped foot into a store like this and she was so welcoming, professional and effective that I had to write this review. Thank you again and I hope you see this. You saved me BIG time.

I just had the BEST experience shopping with Alisha. she took so much time to make sure I had the perfect match for my skin and listened to all of my needs and met them perfectly. Far by best ulta I've ever been to! I traveled straight from my overnight job in cambridge to come here and it was worth it. The customer service was spectacular and everything was in stock!!!! I will gladly take the long trip again just to shop here. Thank you guys for being so accommodating and sweet. Definitely goes a long way
