First time going, the esthetician I had was extremely knowledgeable and nice, and talked thru each and every step which I loved. But one downside is it's very clinical, it felt like being at the Drs office instead of a relaxing experience. Very white and bright interior, which looks clean for sure but doesn't bring a relaxing feel. It's very cut and dry, you wash your own face at the beginning, and during the facial no product is put on your neck as well which I didn't love. There's no extra massage for your neck/shoulders. If you're looking for a very straightforward facial with no bells and whistles it's great. And she did use some really cool things on my face so it kinda justified the price. Unfortunately, after multiple visits — including stacking two facials into a full hour — I’ve realized the issue isn’t time, it’s the method. The amount of product used is extremely minimal, and applying products via gloves with such small quantities means the skin never feels saturated or properly treated.
