I visited the salon on a Saturday and had a wonderful experience with my stylist. She was incredibly sweet and provided amazing customer service. Although the initial haircut wasn’t exactly what I envisioned, I called the salon the following day, and they got me in right away. Javier, the master stylist, was fantastic. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The entire team, including the managers, was very accommodating and made me feel heard and valued. In the end, my haircut turned out exactly as I wanted, and I learned a lot from Javier. Overall, a great experience and I appreciate their dedication to customer satisfaction!

Javier/Jaime, the master stylist at Ulta, did an INCREDIBLE job with my hair. Not only was he an absolute pleasure to be around, he gave me ideas of what shade of blonde would look best for my eye color, skin tone, etc. He went above and beyond, even pulling up examples of what he could do as I walked into the salon with no clue of how I wanted my hair to look. I requested a full highlight, but Javier went out of his way to explain different levels of hair, porosity, etc. to ensure I understood what bleach can do to hair, as I have never bleached my hair before prior. What stood out to me most was when he explained that I could only reach a level 10 as a natural level 6/7 before hair starts to break off, which was comforting to know that he was prioritizing the health of my hair over a sha

Im only giving this review 5 stars so that this gets seen as I have been getting my hair done professionally for 15 years now. I went in to see Jamie or maybe he goes by Javier. He is the only male stylist there. I'll try to make a long story short. I had called multiple times as I was trying to get an appointment quickly to get my hair colored. And the first time I called, I was hung up on after waiting on hold. The second time, I was finally made an appointment. After showing up for my appointment the next day, I was told that the stylist, a young girl was not confident enough to do it as Im blonde who gets platinum done. The foundation color matching could have been a viral social media post! My niece did a make-up lesson with Javier and I can not recommend this enough. While my niece is fairly shy, Javier did a fantastic job of inviting her into the conversation and encouraging her to talk about ideas and concerns with make-up. Rather than being railroaded into one type of make-up like when I was a kid and got a department store makeover, Javier can really help you find your best products from all lines. At the same time, he had great and practical advice for a teenager wearing makeup, particularly around preparing the skin and removing makeup. The absolute cherry on top was his eye for color. I am giving this review 5 stars solely because of how much heart, care and effort the fixing stylist and manager made to ensure I left somewhat satisfied after a very badly botched haircut by another stylist. The girl who initially cut my hair devastated me.. My long hair (20 years of growth, 0 color in 7 years) has for some time been the signature to my look but sadly we had to go quite short and I was very sad/upset at first.. I truly feel for the first girl, she’s clearly quite new and I don’t wish to make her feel bad, HOWEVER, I was in shock.
