I’m always greeted warmly by the gentleman at the front desk, which sets such a friendly tone right away. The salon recently updated its color books, and they look amazing so many beautiful shades and trendy designs to choose from! Their Dip Powder, Builder Gel, and Acrylic services are outstanding. The chrome effect (an extra cost but totally worth it) has lasted me much longer than any I’ve had done at other salons it stays glossy, barely chips, and always gets me compliments. I’ve been seeing Ivy for at least 5 years now, and I truly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my lashes. She is incredibly talented, detail-oriented, and consistent every single appointment. My lashes always look full, perfectly shaped, and still natural. I am always receiving compliments on my lashes and it’s all because of her! I had a terrible experience at this nail salon. The service was unprofessional, and the overall quality did not meet basic standards. I am sharing this review so other customers are aware and so the business has an opportunity to improve its management and operations. After I posted my honest review, it was removed. That alone raises serious concerns about transparency and integrity. It is hard not to question the authenticity of the overwhelmingly positive reviews here. Based on the photos and writing style, many of them appear staged or inauthentic.
