I typically don’t leave reviews and I will preface this with the manager who helped me was kind and that’s the reason why I’m giving two stars. I got a haircut yesterday and it was the most botched haircut I have ever gotten. I probably could have gotten a better haircut at great clips. I also paid $45 for it. I went back in this morning and asked for a refund and if someone could possibly fix. While the manager was nice she told me it was either I get a refund or someone could fix my hair tomorrow. I understand that, but also making me still pay the full amount when it was botched and I have to wait to get it fixed is a bit ridiculous. Just had my appointment today and I absolutely LOVE my hair!! The work areas are so clean, environment is super bubbly, and overall just an amazing experience at the salon. Cherise G. was my stylist and she did an amazing job, as always. She's been doing my hair for a some months now and I always leave her chair 110% happy! Will definitely keep coming back to her again.

I've thoroughly enjoyed my salon appointments at Ulta! Everyone is very loving and welcoming here. I especially enjoyed my stylist Cherise! She does my hair with love and careful attention to detail, which is rare to find with mixed hair. She always makes me look good and never steers me wrong with suggestions or recommendations!

Jocelyn was absolutely ahhhmazing helping me get the correct foundation match. I highly recommend anyone needing assistance asking for her! Such a sweet and helpful person with fabulous customer service :)

Customer service is not an easy job. Today i walked into your store with a heavy heart. I was instantly greeted by a Ms Sarah Ramsey like we were old friends. She was genuinely sweet caring and compassionate. Very knowledgeable first time I've ever had someone actually find my correct shade of foundation. She's definitely a keeper for the Ultra team and I will be back thank you 😊
