I've been going to Sammy for 4-5 years now. It wasn't until I got a haircut from him for the first time that I realized I never had a real haircut before. Anybody in Harrisonburg can give you a haircut and take your money, but Sammy takes his time and gives you his passion for his craft..for less $ than anywhere else you'll find. I can't say enough for how much I recommend The Experience. Like anywhere else, be sure to make an appointment before hand. He is always in high demand.

I left Sammy for about three years due to the travel distance between him and where I live. It takes me about 35 mins to get to Harrisonburg. Needless to say, this was my biggest mistake ever! I was skeptical at first switching barbers but Sammy has an eye for detail. He will take his time on perfecting your look and I don’t know many barber who still use a straight razor for line ups the negative is that you have set an appointment a week ahead because he’s so busy
