This Ulta had all the products you might need, and the staff on the floor were very helpful and friendly! However, the person at checkout was both rude and inattentive, not looking our way to wave us over to the register and asking me for both my number and my mother's phone number strangely before indicating a purchase couldn't really be made without. While I love the layout and variety of products here, the attitude once we checked out really soured the experience.

If you decline help at this location the staff automatically deem you suspicious especially if you’re darker complected I have seemed to notice. I’ve lived in this area for years and have shopped here since they first opened the location. In the recent months the staff have become so unbearable about offering assistance you can’t take 2 steps without the nearest associate trying to come in your bubble and when you decline and mind your own they start watching you. I declined help multiple times and the blonde short haired woman immediately became suspicious of me when I set my shopping bags down to use HAND sanitizer and I could see her say something into her ear piece and then the associate right beside me turned herself fully around to look at me. I have been to this location multiple times and the experience is the same. Asked if I need help, after politely declining… I am followed through out the store. So I play along if you are going to follow me at least be helpful. I requested a new product and was guided to the old one. At least be knowledgeable. I only gave an additional star for this location having Pat McGrath on the shelves… but ultimately not worth the hassle.

Ok so I signed up online for a hair appointment it was $155 for a partial highlight and then $25 for a hair stripping / conditioning treatment… My hair blonde that I had just gotten done at a beauty school had some black bleed into the ends sort of turning them blue…. I budgeted enough money for this and a tip. When I went to check out my bill was $310 with out my knowledge of up charges the lady doing my hair kept doing treatments like root tap, stripped my hair twice, deep conditioning, all with out asking me. She told me she was going to do it. I thought she was providing great service. Which she would have been if I was informed. I did not have enough money for this. I started crying at the register. The lady said the cost was for time and materials. That I could get a credit card to c

Customer service was great. I ordered online for pickup in store and arrived like 10 minutes before they closed and they welcomed me in very kindly. I know I'd be annoyed if someone showed up that late, not for a pickup order I suppose but it's not like they knew that's what I was there for when I first walked in.
