I wish I could give less than one star. We went in 10 minutes early for the appointment and waited 30 minutes just to be seen. The nurse practitioner who was preforming the service came in 20 minutes after the appointment was supposed to start. We got microneedling done and were given hardly any explanation on what was happening and how long we had to wait for the service to begin. I went in with my mom to help her because she has a hard time speaking up for herself and the person preforming the service hardly went over her face with the needling. The actual microneedling took 5-7 minutes. Her face was splotchy immediately after showing the spots clearly that the technician hadn’t gone over well enough. After the service was over and the technician put a UV light on her face, it fell off
