October was an amazing hair technician. They were recommended to me by a friend and when I got really hungry, an additional hair technician helped me. Customer service in the salon is phenomenal. On the second day of my hair appointments, a third hair technician helped me with store floor questions,. It was wonderful and wholesome and fun.

This 5 star review is for Kerri in particular. She spent about ten minutes with my husband in person and myself on FaceTime! trying to help me find my shade and it matches perfectly. Kerri has an eye for detail. She is also kind, patience and thoughtful. I can only hope that every employee has Kerri's determination, and dedication 👏🏼 🙏🏼 Thank you Kerri

I went today to do for my daughter hair tinsel but in less than few hours all tinsel came off and also the lady who did it was nice but rushed to do my daughter hair I did pay the money plus tip but not going back again to do it. Not satisfied and don’t recommend it either. Not happy with their service waste of my money and time.

I just want to express how incredibly satisfied I am with the service I received from Brittany Berkley at Ulta (Arundel Mills Mall). I have oily and complicated facial skin, and I've tried everything to improve it. My wife recommended that I check out Ulta, but I was a bit skeptical about how they could assist me. Nevertheless, I decided to go, and when I arrived, Brittany was at the cash register and took the time to help me. I explained my situation to her, and she immediately understood what needed to be done. We discussed several options, and she provided me with valuable information. I found what I looking for mostly but I was being micro watched by the one girl in particular. Skinny chick with curly hair. She kept asking was I looking for anything and I told her what I was looking for and the perfume display was out. I asked her questions about a different perfume and she did not answer the question but claimed someone was asking her a question in the ear piece and if that was the case don’t ask me if I need help if your needed somewhere else. And the perfume I picked out, she sent up to the front counter but later I did see her let another customer(s) take the perfume in their basket. Definitely felt profiled. It’s really a shame
