Live! Spa

I really enjoyed the spa, services and amenities. I moved to the Hanover area a year and half ago. I enjoy a good hot steam after a long day of networking and computer work and could not find a large, new spa that included a steam facility anywhere nearby. The lockers, massage therapy rooms and the steam rooms were all state of the art and clean. The staff were kind and attentive. Since that first visit, I have been back a second time and enjoyed it equally. My mom is visiting this week and I booked a spa massage for her this weekend too. I highly recommend the steam room and the massage therapists. My massage therapist was Deja who I highly recommend. She works Fridays and Saturdays.

My time at the beautiful Live! Spa, it was the best birthday ever! The staff were very professional and treated me with great care. My masseuse, David, is truly one the best masseuse I've ever experienced. I highly recommend Live! Spa and will be going back real soon!!!

Archana!!! Is amazing! Today was my first time in a spa and I was sooo nervous. Archana made me feel so comfortable. She is so warming and kind. When I come back I hope to see her. Thank you to all of the staff who are all first class in my book. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing visit. Came here to have couple massages for our anniversary. Felicity and Deja (sp?) were A-MA-ZING!!! Thankfully, we don't live far so we will DEFINITELY be back!! And Katia was such a gracious and welcoming hostess. Lacey was such a sweet attendant. She made sure I had everything I needed. I love the esthetics and amenities at Live Spa. I get a massage every month. However, I am not a fan of the new management. In my opinion, some of the changes are not for the better. They cant seem to keep staff (therapists and receptionists), the turnover with therapists is not good. As soon as I find a therapist that I like, she is gone. I just found out that Katia, the receptionist is now gone and I am most upset. She always made sure to schedule me with a good therapist and gave great personal service. The handmade snacks in the lounge, that I loved with white chocolate and nuts mix, have been replaced by some cheaper Planters looking nuts that you can buy from Costco. The new Manager, although she says she has many years experience in the business, is not very personable and is a bit
