The staff on that day did not provide good customer service. I have only been to this Ulta a few times. I usually go to Milford or Westport. The young lady who waited on me. I felt did it begrudgingly, she could use some additional training on providing good customer service

I hope corporate reads this! I would give zero stars if I could! You have the rudest employees at this location! Every single person is extremely unprofessional except for two! They’re loudly, yelling telling everyone in the store how much they hate their jobs and hate customers, especially your manager with pink hair! They did not price match correctly. One told me a lower price and then another told me a higher price. So they have no idea what they’re selling. You have no free gifts left. You have pieces of paper all over the store, saying free gifts with purchase and no free gifts left at all. And when you ask the manager about it, she goes crazy on you and give so much disgusting attitude. They do not help anyone get help with anything! It is unbelievable that you have any of these em

Clean, well organized, big variety of choices for personalized needs. My favorite makeup brands are Color Pop and Essence and my favorite hair care brands are Paul Mitchell and Biolage. Online coupons are offered for products. The staff are very helpful and customer focused. The makeup artists, Tiana, from Mac, and Rebecca, from Clinque, are phenomenal. They are highly skilled, knowledgeable, experienced, and customer focused. A former CT employee, who is an employee in Florida, Nex, is well known for his excellence and customer dedication. Nex works the Lancome brand. And then a new manager could not retrieve my returns on my account, and refused to take the products back, even though I met the criteria for returns, as proven when I went to another location and returned very simply.

This location has absolutely horrid customer service. Came in to exchange a gift that was purchased for me on Christmas. A woman by the name of Jada who lied about being the store manager advised that I personally couldn’t do an exchange on the gift because I did not purchase it and I did not have the gift receipt. I advised that I have the original receipt (which I had with me). She said that wasn’t sufficient and that I also need the government issue ID of the person who purchased the item. I told her that isn’t company policy. The new Ulta company policy is that a ID is required for returns/exchanges, not specifically that of the original purchaser.
