I visited Ulta on 2/14 for my Chinese New Year Gala stage makeup, and I had such an amazing experience! Briana was incredibly sweet, professional, and well-prepared — she even sketched out the entire makeup plan on paper. She was so patient and had the best attitude throughout the whole process. She truly made me shine on stage. Briana is the best! I also met Tina, who recommended a skincare routine for my dry skin. The products she suggested worked so well — I noticed improvement the very next day! Both Briana and Tina are amazing. I barely write any reviews, but this time I just hope people can know how wonderful this place is and they truly hired 5-star employees!

I’ll probably never shop at this location again. Not really happy with my pick-up experience on 1/30/26. The regular check-out line was long so I asked an associate if I had to stand in the long line to just get a pick-up order (I was prepared to do so). She kindly reassured me that I didn’t, and pointed out station next to the register for online pick-up orders. I stood there for 15-20min without even being acknowledged by any of the 5 associates that were behind the counter. They were too concerned with getting their gratis checked out for the month to even look up and realize I’d been standing there for a while. I can understand the regular line was wrapped, but someone could have stepped away and helped me and even acknowledged me to get my pick-up order. A customer wouldn’t wait that

On Wednesday I went in looking for a new foundation which can be an uphill battle for me. I am very fair skinned and cool toned. The associate that helped me, Tina, was patient and knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to my needs and matched me with the perfect product. As a platinum member, I was reminded of why I chose this location and company for my cosmetic needs. This was my third time visiting Ulta for a haircut but my first time using the Greenville location as I used another locations salon the first two times. On my first two visits at the other salon the stylist took me back to get washed before we started the cuts and the overall wash and cuts took the full time listed on the app while booking (1hr approximately). I made an appointment at the Greenville salon because the stylists were fully booked at my other location and came in expecting the same thing. My stylist was very nice and I had no issues with her, but right off the bat she did start by saying “you’re here for a dry cut today right?” and I assumed I might have selected the wrong option while booking my appointment and just said yes because I wouldn’t have minded too bad if it was j

I had a genuinely heartbreaking experience with Marion H. I hadn’t had my hair professionally done in years, so this appointment was very important to me—especially because it was for my husband’s last Marine Corps Ball on active duty. Unfortunately, the entire appointment with Marion was a disaster. She told me she has been a hairstylist since 1999, but what I experienced felt nothing like someone with that level of experience. It took her two hours just to curl my hair. The first time, every curl fell completely flat almost immediately. When she tried again, she used a random mix of different products, leaving my hair crunchy, stiff, and with curls going in all different directions. She seemed scattered and all over the place the entire time, and I became so upset that I actually cried
