I recently visited and was so impressed. This store is huge, clean, and stocked with everything you could possibly need—from wigs, bundles, and braiding hair to a wide selection of lashes, cosmetics, and jewelry etc. What really stood out was the amazing customer service. Unlike other stores, they don't follow you around; instead, they're friendly and genuinely helpful, asking if you need assistance. The location is also fantastic, making it easy to get to. I give Lux Beauty a well-deserved five stars. It's a must-visit for anyone in the area!

Lux Beauty has everything you need and anything you want. The store is spacious, clean and well organized. Their customer service is stellar. The store has a huge selection of wigs. You will not leave without purchasing one or more. Check them out and you won't regret it !

Needed a drawstring ponytail to complete a look. Gave Lux Beauty a call to see what they had. The young lady who answered the phone was pleasant and helpful. She said there were several options. When I arrived she knew that it was me that called, directed me to the back of aisle 14 and baby, talk about variety. It took longer for me to choose than to drive there. So conveniently located in the old K&W building, right on W. Arlington. I made my choice and she offered to let me see the hair up close and touch it. We had a time trying to get the packaging open, YOU AINT TAKING NOTHING OUTTA THERE OKAY. So, reasonably priced, I bought it without a second thought.
