I recently had my hair done by Jordan and she absolutely nailed it! I havent had a the best salon experience in the past, and have had issues finding a stylist that truly listens and understands the vision . Jordan however, seemed to breeze through things with expert precision. Not only did she hear all of my concerns, but she very clearly communicated expectations back to me to assure we were on the same page. Never straying from what we agreed upon. I have very fine hair which can be difficult to style as most cuts and color tend to make it fall flat or look extremely thin. However, she had no issues and did a phenomenal job restoring life to my hair. I love the new color and cut, thank you SO much Jordan!

Got my hair cut done today as a walk in! Was looking around for hair bonding shampoo treatment and talked to Jordan. She recommended me Redkens products and i was able to sit in her chair and get help on how to make my hair healthy again! The haircut was a great experience and she was so sweet and helpful! We’ve already scheduled for another appointment to see what color and gloss treatment to go with!

Shopping at this store is such an experiences they have everything! Jameilla help me so much on more than one occasions. She matched my foundation perfectly. Came back a few days later & she matched my concealer perfectly. I love this store ♥️

Ann is amazing! She really listens to what I want and always makes my hair look so good. She’s professional, friendly, and makes the whole experience relaxing. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great stylist!

Racial Profiling. I went into this very Ulta with my cousin and my sister a week ago. We walked into the store peacefully and eager to smell fragrances as our goal was to find me a new signature scent to purchase. Upon embarking our search we look up and realize we are being watched and followed closely by a secret shopper/security I honestly don’t know his title. All I know is you need to get that bald guy some acting classes cause I know good and well he wasn’t casually shopping for Gucci fragrances with an ear piece on directly next to us. Cool. Soon we are asked if we need help with anything by a very nice looking lady. Cool. She’s doing her job. We kindly reply no we are just looking. Cool. About 5 minutes later another employee asks. Cool. Again, no we don’t need any help. I look aro
