For those wondering, I didnt understand that some haircuts require daily styling to upkeep. I paid $50 for brow service at the Benefit Brow Bar and left very disappointed. When I arrived, no one was at the brow station, and I was taken to the back hair salon where the lighting was poor. My appointment was scheduled for 12:20 but didn’t finish until 2:08. The lighting made it hard for them to see what they were doing. I left with patchy, uneven brows and still had visible hairs between, above, and under my brows. I even had to buy tweezers afterward to fix them myself. Definitely not worth the price or the time.

I went to this store to get my hair retouched blonde. The stylist that I usually schedule with no longer worked there. The “master stylist” said she could do it so I went ahead and booked with her. I went in a blonde that just needed my roots retouched. She bleached my entire hair and said okay I’m done. My hair looked 3 different colors. I told her she absolutely wasn’t done! So she asked if I wanted to bleach it more or add toner I told her I didn’t want more bleach in my hair and why she bleached my entire head!? My hair was ruined. She said it wasn’t going to come out right even if she did add toner to it so I decided that since my hair was ruined I’d just have to go with a darker color. I decided on red natural red. DO NOT WALK UP TO NATALIA ON THE REGISTER UNLESS SHE YELLS “NEXT” because she will leave you standing there while 2 other people that were in line behind you get checked out. Natalia was on the register checking out a customer & when the customer left I walked up to her, she quickly walked away and began putting together what looked like curbside orders, I patiently waited meanwhile there are two other girls on the register. I’m still at Natalia’s register waiting to be checked out or simply acknowledged with a hello or anything at that point when I notice 2 customers behind me have already been checked out and left the store so I said to another employee “I’m next, I’d like to be checked out” so natalia comes back to her register to check me out and says “I didn’t say next & I was busy

I love coming to Ulta. They have great products and usually always have a what I need. My rating is based on the service. Not a single employee asked me how I was…nor if I needed any kind of help. Not even a “Welcome in! How are you?!” It was very mean girl vibes in this location. When I checked out, I didn’t even get a verification of my account from the cashier when I typed in my number. I don’t know, but the vibes just seemed really off by the staff there, this morning
