Engraced was very helpful in picking the right hair type and amount for the style I wanted. She also clearly communicated and sent appointment reminders, which is always nice. The braiding process was very smooth with limited tension and the style came out so cute and I can see this lasting a long time. I also get tons of compliments, which is a plus!

Omg, She was so gentle! I'm extremely tenderheaded and when I tell you I felt nothing throughout the whole process. She's meticulous and also listens to suggestions, my experience was a 10/10 and TRUST I will be back again. Additionally, I've had my boho French curl braids in for a little over 3 weeks now and they look as great as ever, she did give me tips on how to take care of the hair and it’s been thriving. Love her
