We had a wonderful experience at the Ulta Beauty location in Goodyear. Emily provided exceptional customer service from the moment we walked in. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to truly understand what we were looking for. Emily offered thoughtful recommendations, answered all of our questions with confidence, and made the entire shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Her professionalism and friendly approach really stood out. Thank you, Emily, for going above and beyond — we will definitely be returning to this location because of the outstanding service!

I was impressed with the 5 star customer service I got from store associate Isabela! I was looking for a colored mascara for V day and she picked one out that was perfect for my coloring. Isabela assisted me and I had to rely on her eyes because I left my glasses under my car seat. She put my needs before her own, and in addition, I liked the front register girl who used guest instead of customer. It makes a big difference. I encourage others to check out this store for all beauty needs.

I was there A month ago and I really enjoyed the service. Everyone was really nice. Very helpful. I was looking for special make up to cover a tattoo and they provided a letter choices and I was very pleased. I also used your hair salon and the clinician Stephanie was absolutely fantastic. I will visit again.

I've been going to Lauren for 2 years now. Each time I go in for my hair, I leave feeling so much more confident. Not just because of the amazing hair services she provides. But also because she connects with her clients so easily and helps them boost their confidence while in her chair. Can not recommend Lauren enough

This might be a pity review but i think that others should be aware. I stopped by to purchase a perfume, and there was a couple of them that I equally liked. I noticed that one of them had a "free gift with purchase" sign so, I chose that one. Mind you, perfumes are freaking expensive!!!! After picking the perfume, I kept browsing and I noticed that there was also a "free gift with purchase" for some body soap, and body lotions. Ok, I used that a lot, so I purchased the required amount to qualify for the "free gift". I get to the register, I paid for my items, but I didn't get the "free gifts". I mentioned it to the cashier and right away she told me they were out of the "free items". She didn't even look to see if they had any left so that leads me to believe that she knew this before
