Just had an amazing experience shopping at the Gloucester VA, Ulta. One of the employees sam was very nice and SO HELPFUL. She made our time so much more enjoyable and stress free!! We stayed a little bit after closing and she didn't try and rush us out or anything. We will definitely be back..... Within business hours. THANK YOU SAM!!

I dread going into Ulta. If the store wasn’t the only one close to my home that sold the hair products I like, I wouldn’t go again. Each time I have gone in most of the staff has been very rude. Very little of the staff members are friendly and seem willing to talk. The rest get an attitude if you ask questions, need help, or have a concern. The staff is the only problem I’ve ever had with Ulta. If the people there were more friendly I would love going in there, and would probably go more frequently.

I visited Ulta for the first time and had a haircut and eyebrow waxing done. There was no wait time, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. My stylist, Clementine, was polite, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease. She did a great job with both services—I left feeling refreshed and well taken care of.

I stopped in to pick up some makeup for my daughter’s dance, and the staff was helpful in guiding me to the right products. They gave solid recommendations, especially on a good cleanser for her skin. While the staff was just okay overall, the person who helped us was friendly and knowledgeable. The store was clean, well organized, and easy to navigate. Everything was nicely laid out, making it easy to find what we needed without feeling overwhelmed. It was a quick, pleasant shopping experience and we left with everything we came for.
