Cameron took the time to listen to my needs and tailored the massage perfectly to address my problem areas. Her technique was both therapeutic and relaxing and I left feeling refreshed and completely relaxed. The space was clean, calming, and inviting—everything you want in a massage setting. I go to Heartfelt once a month .I just look forward to getting massaged.I have had almost everyone there each one brings there own style and technique I just love the variety they offer.I also love the products to buy and there so very sweet and helpful great atmosphere there. ** Update ** Beth is still awesome! but I need to update my Review, the scheduling system needs work.. you cannot get in to see your therapist when you want to.. Good to be booked out but if you cannot get in regularly then what's the point. being booked out 2 months to be told that the 3 month is not open for bookings, and your on a call list when it does open, but then your never called when it finally opens is not good customer experience.. NOTE this in not a reflection on the therapist! Kudo's for them being popular and booked! But if your customers cannot get in regularly then something needs to change. Cannot imagine if a customers wanted to get in 1 a month, I cannot seem to get in once a quarter. :( Thanks for the response!
