Miguel and Sherise are the best!!!! I walked in to get color match and Miguel assisted with finding the perfect match. Miguel was very patient with every question I had regarding the best foundation/skin tint. Sherise was very knowledgeable with products and how they would benefit me. I am forever grateful for these two during my visit.

Recently went in to replace styling tool. Found what I wanted on display and found box under display. Box wasn't taped up or sealed. Opened to check product and wrong size was in box different from what was stated on box or display.. An employee rounded the corner and lost her mind that I had opened the box, stated it was ruined and had to be discounted. I tried to explain that it was lucky I did as what was stated on the box and in box were different. The display was also wrong. I left and tried to find a manager. In end left store and went to TJ Max where I found EXACT same tool for 19.99!!! The product at Ulta was $80.00. Girls skip, the rude service, poor products and high priced items and run to TJ Max for better deals!!!

We had the pleasure of working with Charisse and she was amazing. We were trying to find perfume and cologne. She was patient with us and very nice. Very nice tone in voice and a willing smile at all time. She also really knew how products very well. Thank you so much for assisting us.

She really took her time to understand what I wanted—a natural, lightweight look that didn’t feel or appear heavy—and she absolutely nailed it. The shade she chose blends beautifully and looks effortless. Morgan made the whole experience so comfortable that I felt like I was shopping with a friend. She even helped me find a few other great products and made the process enjoyable from start to finish. At checkout, I worked with Skye, who was just as wonderful. I did a major faux pas I tried to cut my own hair and the next day I called the salon they were able to get me in and Brianna did my hair and she made sure that I was happy she was really nice and I can't wait to go to her again
