My wax session with Jordan was great! She’s a very nice, personable, professional and experienced technician. Her attitude is very positive and easy to get along with. She made sure the results were to my liking and there was no wax residue left. I will reschedule with Jordan and recommend her services to others!

Sarah was great! very fast and very comforting. Even though this isn’t my first wax and waxing can still be a little painful, she made the whole experience much better. She talked with me during the wax so it wasn’t awkward at all. I had a really good experience and would definitely recommend her.

Jordon made sure to engaged in conversation with me to ensure my comfortability in which we had a positive conversation during my session. She made sure I had enough body care items from last visit. She appeared to have enjoyed servicing me which made me feel comfortable. She also ensured I was satisfied after my service had provided me with a mirror to check before getting off the table, and I have never experienced that and it was appreciated. As long as I can help it, I would love you have her each time.

I love this location of EWS at The Creeks. Always feels welcoming. My most recent visit was with Jordan and she was great and patient. I have some stubborn hairs and she gets them all! She is always kind and conscientious! A very good experience. I highly recommend the passes. They are good value

I have seen Raven at the Brook Rd location in Glen Allen twice for waxing and tinting of my eyebrows. She does a great job and is very knowledgeable and friendly. The front staff is always smiling, friendly, and helpful! So glad I found this place!
