Larissa gave me an amazing haircut and blowout! She knew exactly what I wanted and she delivered. She was also very quick and still paid a lot of attention to detail, and was very sweet to me. I don’t treat myself often, but I’m glad I came to Ulta to get my hair done. Mary also has amazing customer service and showed me so many nice vanilla scented perfumes. My new favorite Ulta ☺️thank you!!! First photo is me and second was my inspo!

I love Ulta; it's where I buy most of my beauty stuff. I haven't been here for a while. The store was clean and well maintained in general. There was a prompt greeting from the same staff who helped me at the register. She was patient, efficient, and pleasant overall. It might be better if she smiled or engaged in a non-transactional brief conversation, like 'How are you doing?' Demy, who helped me on the floor, was constantly offering assistance to customers. She helped me find the right product. This is a highly recommended location.

Evelyn from Ulta has the best customer service. She definitely deserves a raise. When nobody didn't know how to do the price check/price reversal. (Item was on sale that day and we bought it full price.) she was able to handle everything smoothly and professionally. One of the best employees there is Evelyn! Love her.

Always a pleasant experience! I will give an extra nod to this particular location however, because of an individual employee. Her name is Mary, and she went above and beyond being helpful, both with her time and her knowledge on products I was inquiring about. Certainly some of the very best customer service I've ever received! I would suggest to management/ownership that you QUICKLY give this wonderful employee a salary increase before you lose her to a competitor! Outstanding!

If you’re booking with the salon, do NOT go to Shiva. She gave me the worst curtain bangs I’ve ever seen. She upsold me on an olaplex treatment that she slapped on for 30 seconds and rinsed off when it should’ve been left on for a lot longer. She also ruined my hair color. Worst experience at a salon I’ve ever had.
