I walk into Ulta and normally get very overwhelmed. Today, I thankfully asked for help. Allison came over and we got right into it. I told her I wanted to rebuild my makeup collection and needed help with finding my right shades for my tone as well as some fragrances. She made it fun and was very kind. She helped me find everything from toner to setting spray. Allison was very professional and honest. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had a wonderful experience at Ulta Beauty today! All the associates were helpful and friendly as always, but I especially want to shout out Veronica, who rang me up. She was super sweet, kind, and incredibly friendly. She made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. Her positive attitude and warm personality really stood out and made my visit even better. Thank you, Veronica, for such amazing customer service! ☺️

I went in for an asymmetrical bob for some edge in my life and Leahbeth was awesome! It was different than I was thinking it would look but I have been really enjoying rocking it for the last few days. She even suggested a hair waver for convenience and it’s great! I rarely get haircuts I’m happy with so it means so much to love it. I also loved that she didn’t ask personal questions or try to small talk! Thanks Leahbeth! I’ll be back 😊

A waste of time. It’s a few days before Valentine’s Day and the store is not that busy but you can’t get anyone to come over. Of course everything is locked up so you can’t just grab something to go to the register. That would be too simple. It was faster to go back to my car and order off Amazon.

I'm telling you Morgan hooked me up! I walked in there basically like I've never worn a bit of makeup in my life. She saved me! She color matched me, did all the things, and did it well because I left the store with almost everything she put on my face! Highly recommend. Everyone in this store is always super helpful and friendly!
