If I could give more than five stars, I would. I’ve been getting aesthetic treatments for years in Beverly Hills, Boca Raton, and Miami, and none of them compare to the results I got with Tanzi at Posh Aesthetics. I came in for Xeomin (which works just like Botox) and a lip flip, and the results are honestly the best I’ve ever had — and I’m on camera a lot, so getting it right is crucial. She absolutely nailed it. Natural, lifted, perfectly balanced… exactly what I wanted and more. Tanzi is incredibly knowledgeable and takes her time to explain everything — from what your skin actually needs to how to maintain your results. Her guidance was more detailed and helpful than anywhere else I’ve experienced. I was so impressed that I immediately booked my microneedling appointment with her. T
