Sharon was amazing!! She was so helpful, and answered all my questions. I ended up getting all the items I’ve been needing, and didn’t know which were the best ones for me. If you come into Ulta, ask for Sharon she’s the best and she won’t keep you waiting! This shopping spree only took me 10 minutes and I tried some products. Thankyou Ulta for having someone like her that’s experienced and so kind!

Went in there and everyone was super sweet and kind! Got my makeup done and it was amazing, I also bought some products which there was a great discount. This is a great store to shop at for makeup, skincare, and perfumes they also do brows!!

UPDATE Dec. 2025: I placed an online delivery order for perfume (pics below) and wanted to share my experience regarding ordering and upon contacting customer service. My order of perfume was well-packed and shipped quickly! (See pics.) I called regarding a very small ($1.xx) difference of purchase price on receipt and amount debited from my account. The rep was helpful and polite, answering my question. I had suspected a sales tax issue (they list possible differences due to regional sales tax rates) but I called to double check. I am confident in ordering from Ulta again because my experience was excellent. In-store shopping: Go in the morning right after they open to avoid long checkout lines. Booked a haircut super last minute and got the pleasure of meeting Lakenda who did an INCREDIBLE job. My hair feels and looks super healthy, and she did an amazing cut on my face framing pieces!

Best salon experience ever! Tiffany is a great stylist! I highly recommend her. She was very nice, and gave me exactly what I was looking for. She also had great recommendations on hair products. I will definitely be back!!
