I chose this place because it’s advertised as LGBT friendly, but unfortunately I didn’t feel welcomed at all. The service was very poor, I didn’t even get the chance to introduce myself, and no one asked my name. I tried to explain that I’m not from the US and that this was my first time getting a haircut here. I also showed some reference pictures, but honestly, it would have been better not to, because the final result was terrible. I expected a completely different level of service and experience. I am extremely happy with my haircut from Caitlin at Clockwork Barbershop! I booked a “transformation” appointment because I was going from a long, uneven grown-out DIY mullet to a very short pixie. Caitlin used the inspo photos I brought to create the CUTEST pixie cut I have ever had. It suits me so well and works great even with my weird swirls and cowlicks. I will definitely be going back to maintain this cut because I absolutely love it.

Clockwork barbershop NEVER disappoints. Caitlin and the team are professionals who take pride in their work. The decor is pop-art eclectic and fun with ‘80’s movies always playing in the background. As retired military, I trust only Clockwork to get it right. I’m a customer for life
