Received an online order damaged and was hoping to do an exchange. Said they could do an exchange and that the order needed to be fully returned and I would have to re-pay the whole order. No compassion or willing to help or give alternative options. I called customer service and they took care of it. Re-ordered my things in less than 10 minutes and sent me a QR code to send my damaged items back and even got a $10 gift card! Avoid coming in here for returns/exchanges you’ll be wasting your time.

Purchased my wife some items for our anniversary, needless to say we came back to the store for “returns.” Returns were quick and easy with my credit card and receipt in hand. There are so many items at the Ulta store not just make-up and hair care items. If you’re in need of the top line of make-up “Mac, Revlon, etc.” they got you covered. They have all of the necessary hair care items you may need from flat irons, curling irons, and blow dryers. There is an in store beauty consultant on staff at various stages of the store for make up application to hair styles and so much more. Conveniently located in the Baileys Crossroads area near Ross, Old Navy and Staples.

Susannah was absolutely incredible! Not only did my hair look amazing, but she was incredibly kind and patient. During my time of need, she was very understanding. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Esveire at the salon did such a great job with my hair!! They didn’t have the exact color I wanted so she went through her book and showed me what some close options were for a toner. The color turned out beautiful (I am definitely keeping it a while) and her experience was so helpful! I had a lot of orange on my other side as well which she completely evened out!
