Our daughter wanted to get her ears pierced for her 6th birthday. Unfortunately, we only made it through one ear. Brandi is absolutely amazing and patient. We even tried the next day to get the second ear done. Unfortunately, the anticipation is just too much for her, but we appreciate Brandi trying a second time and being so patient with her. Still great experience highly recommend Brandi for your piercing needs.

I had a very unpleasant experience with a cashier named Bailey today. I came in simply to exchange an item and use my rewards with separate transactions. Instead of helping, the cashier seemed annoyed and treated me very rudely. At one point, she even threw the items I was planning to buy onto the floor, which was very disrespectful considering I was spending over $100. Customers deserve to be treated with basic respect, and this experience was disappointing. I won't be shopping at Ulta again, it was a very unprofessional and rude. Honestly this experience has changed my mind about the store. I also have some relatives that have been complaining about the same girl (Bailey) for her attitude towards them.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Ulta. I come here often and usually enjoy shopping here, and I’m a loyal Dimond member, i always shop there and spend alotta money and never had any issues !! but the cashier named BAILEY was shockingly rude and unprofessional. She had an extremely hostile attitude, raised her voice at me, and even dropped our items without apologizing. The way she spoke to us and treated us felt discriminatory and racist, and it was very uncomfortable and upsetting. No customer should ever be treated this way. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and management seriously needs to address it and the manager LATOSHA needs take action with this unpleasant behavior and employee !!

I just got my makeup done for an it cosmetic event.They had in store.I believe the makeup artist's name was kathy. She was so supportive, everybody was so helpful and I know that I look beautiful, that showed me a new foundation. Some great lip gloss and taught me about my eyebrows.Overall, it was a great experience.Extra credit to the whole team!

I definitely bigger than I was expecting. I had no idea that so much makeup could be attained in one place. Also I had no idea there could be so many types of flattening and curling irons and every other kind of iron I never even do existed The first place. I came with my daughter but I was actually trying to find tweezers for myself and couldn't find them. I think I could tell who the employees were but everybody was busy so I just skipped it
