I (and three of my sisters, for support) made an appointment for me to have a wig fitting I recently lost all my hair to lung cancer and was devastated. Miss Vicki snd Sabrina were amazing to work with. Their patience and kindness made me feel comfortable and special. I purchased and had 2 wigs styled to my facial features and left feeling beautiful I highly recommend and will return myself. Great experience!!

I’m very late in writing this, but I want everyone to know how wonderful Brooklyn & her helper, are. I was very nervous about buying a wig & Brooklyn was amazing how she helped me get EXACTLY what I wanted/needed. Her kindness, gentleness, knowledge are above & beyond. She is not only sweet, she is honest! I know I can go back anytime & she will help me out. She wanted me to be satisfied & happy. I would recommend them to everyone! THE BEST💖

I am a little late in writing this. My experience there was top notch! Brooklyn was amazing. My mom had lost much hair in a matter of weeks! It was devastating. Even on initial call Brooklyn was sympathetic and encouraging. We schedule appointment and were given great service. There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything. Pieces tried on were of varied pricing and Brooklyn truly seemed she was just finding the best look for my mom. Once we chose, she trimmed and perfected for my mom. Also, per our request she showed us and allowed us to sample facial products and did a light make up. Again, no pressure to buy...but we did! And my mom's confidence has increased immensely! What a wonderful experience walking through the doors of Merle Norman! These ladies are so knowledgeable about make up, hair products & wigs. The owner, Sabrina has cut my hair for the past 20 years. I would go no where else. I often refer ladies to their salon for wigs, hair care & make up. Brooklyn, Sabrina’s daughter is also a cosmetologist. She is excellent with make up techniques and wig selection. Do not hesitate to pay them a visit!🤗
