My family and I visited this Ulta store over the weekend. The store was well managed despite being busy, and overall organized. However, there were not enough store associates available to help customers on such a busy day, though checkout was fast enough. I’m giving this location 3 stars mostly because of pricing. While my family was shopping, I randomly checked prices on several items. Overall, I noticed prices were about 10% up to 30% higher compared to many other legitimate stores (both brick-and-mortar and well-known online retailers — not small or questionable online shops). I didn’t mention anything to my family at the time because I didn’t want to ruin their shopping experience. However, afterward I did let them know that next time it’s probably a good idea to compare prices wit

I placed an order online for store pickup, as I usually do—mainly because I’ve had unpleasant experiences at this location before. I arrived a little early, before receiving the “ready for pickup” email, and politely asked an associate for help. She was very nice and directed me to another employee. I understood my order might not be ready yet and mentioned that I was happy to wait while browsing. However, the second associate was extremely rude. Before even processing my order, she came over to remind me that I had arrived early—something I had already acknowledged. Once my order was finally ready, I noticed the promotional gifts from La Roche-Posay were missing. When I asked about them, the same employee snapped that online orders don’t receive gifts, which is simply not true—I’ve place

There was a super nice store attendant who helped me pick out a mascara that I love, but since the mascara was not available in the show case. She went to look for it in the locked drawers and in this process the manager with long black hair (I hate how I did not catch her name) kept asking her “what are you looking for” in a very rude unhelpful way. First of all very uncomfortable on a customers point of view. The sales associate kept her cool throughout this whole interaction. Wish I could give the store attendant 5 stars but I am giving a one store to bring attention to that manager TREAT YOUR FELLOW COWORKERS WITH RESPECT!!! They are human too!!!!!

I came in to pick up an online order and was told to go to the pickup area (two unmarked white cabinets). I waited in the pickup area for about 5 minutes, until I realized no one was going to approach me to see if I needed help with something. It’s difficult to tell who is an employee, because they only wear a black earpiece. Once I finally spotted one who wasn’t speaking to a customer, I went over and asked her if I could have some assistance with an order pickup. Without even turning her head to look at me, she replied in a condescending tone: “You’re going to have to wait over there, sweetie, because I’m in the middle of looking for something for another customer”. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but I didn’t deserve that and I won’t be returning anytime soon. Everyone I interacte

I’ve always enjoyed coming to Ulta bc the customer service has been friendly and efficient even when it’s extremely busy. The past few times the employees act like we’re inconveniencing them—no smiles, no greetings. Today I came to pick up an order… I looked around for someone to help and didn’t see anyone. I got in the checkout line (previously an employee instructed me that’s how you pick up… but that’s a story for another day!)… the gal had someone else help me. The new gal couldn’t be bothered to smile or be friendly. As I’m waiting for her to get my order, another employee starts moving a display without a word or even saying excuse me. I’m pretty disappointed in the decline in customer service as this is one of my fave stores and where I buy most of my beauty/skincare products.
