Holy 🐄 Blanca (sp) really knows her stuff!! Went in looking for two faced micro eyebrow pencil, and I ended up walking out with something even better! I usually go to the mall for my Ulta needs thought I would try out Elizabeth city Ulta and I am so glad I did! I will definitely be back to this location.

Bianca/Blanca whatever her name was, was very rude checking me out, felt like I was being rushed while they were locking up the doors and putting the guards on the windows, with 13 minutes until closing time! I guess they wanted to close up early! SMH! Can’t find good help nowhere I guess!

I loved shopping until the 3 most recent visits. I really enjoyed my first 5-6 shopping trips since it opened. During that time I found the associates helpful and there were typically at least 2 working at all times. About 10 days ago I had an online order pickup. I waited for just a moment to pick up my order of 3 items. The bag was a little too small but the associate commented and gave me a larger one. I walked out to my car and went home. When I opened the bag I found the top of my body scrub wasn’t secure and product was coming out. I chose not to return it as it was less than $10, was in a hurry and it was a gift for my daughter so I wiped it off the cap and moved on. The next visit I brought my daughter and there was only 1 associate working so we had about a 15 minute wait to check

This is a truly great addition to Elizabeth City. The location is convenient; lots of great parking in an area more centralized than "out by Walmart". The inside of the store is clean and organized. The brands and inventory are especially appealing. From high end to the Ulta brand there is an abundance of choice. The sales assistants are throughout the store and all have been super helpful without being pushy at all. Everyone is friendly and this makes a trip to Ulta very enjoyable.

Edit: I went back to the store today (12/5) and I got greeted at the door, and got some awesome help from one of the ladies working (I wish I could remember her name). Today 100% made up for my last experience here. Thank you for listening to your customers! I came to ask some questions about some products and hopefully find a new foundation to add to my collection.. BUT, there were probably 5-7 employees in the building, maybe 3 customers.. and not a single person came over to me, or even acknowledged that I had entered the building. There were 4, and yes I do mean 4, employees helping one single customer at the register. AND when I finally got fed up from standing in one spot and looking over at all the employees (who definitely saw me looking at them), I go to walk out, and a lady said
