Unfortunately I won’t be coming back to this location. I typically go to Ulta once or twice a month for a maintenance blow out. This was my 1st time at this location and won’t be returning. Came in 2/14 around 12pm for a Blow out the girl who helped me supper sweet but left my hair extremely greasy. Another senior hair stylist noticed I said something about it and did nothing just told the other stylist “you see I told you” instead of trying to fix the issue they let me walk out with frizzy greasy hair that I had to wash as soon as I got home. Wish I would’ve spoken up about it then and there but it was Valentine’s Day and I also had my son with me.

I came here after another store botched my hair! Listen, I am a very very picky Virgo! (IYKYK) and Gigi is the best! She fixed my hair and her passion for styling and knowledge of color, hair texture, blending and warmth is by far who you should book with if you want an expert.

The associates here are top tier. As a girly who isn’t really familiar on how to put makeup, Naomi ( hope I’m spelling that right ) showed me step by step on what to do to get a snatched look. Also, Oscar was the sweetest ever and recommended some tips and videos I can look into to feel more confident when figuring out what makeup looks is right. Just the sweetest ever ❤️ thanks yall!

Older lady with curly hair is rude! I simply asked her what perfume from Squish mellows “ was the best. And she went on to tell me that its for younger girls. ( I am in my early 30s) and that wasnt questions. 🙋‍♀️
