Clean, pristine, building.. it can be a bit tight, I was here with a 53 sleeper and was able to come in and out, just take it slow. Also their entrance is not the one next to the cement company, that's your exit, ask me how I know...?

EDIT: Found the pic of mom in the heat shield she loved it Forgot I had to build a model rocket for school, at the 11th hour I do a Google near me for rocket; this wonderful team of folks sold me an old Chassis+Heat-Shield from a defunct, old prototype as kind of a package deal. Only cost a weeks worth of lunch money. You should have seen the look on our teacher's face! That was worth an entire month's-worth of lunch money I get haha ... Oh, and you KNOW I got that A+, too. (Didn't need after that, so I use it for a horse water bowl, now. P sure the horses like it, even if they always say, "NAY" when I ask em about it)
