I wanted to try Ulta Beauty salon for my highlights, for which I only needed a root touch-up. Based on their recommendations, I ended up with orange roots, which I hated. I went back for a fix, and while they lightened my roots further, the orange was still there. I ended up with several different colors in my hair, and the hairstylist even told me I had "calico hair"... which is not what I wanted. They double-booked appointments, and while the stylist was working on me, she was also attending to other clients, leaving me at the sink for almost 45 minutes, which was super uncomfortable. I would recommend them for a blow-dry or something simple, but I didn't have a good experience with their coloring services. Now I'm looking for somewhere else to fix my hair.

I want to extend an exceptional service recognition to ms. Celeste for helping select an entire line of makeup and color matching me everything that i ended up purchasing. I appreciate her attention, sensitivity to my issues, and patience to help me. Its people like her that make me come back to the store. I really appreciated her service and help. Thank you Celeste.

Stopped in today and was looking for help. I asked what I thought was a manager (elysa) I think her name was and she seemed so bothered to do her job. Like girl if you dont wanna be in customer service go somewhere else. Literally is your job. So after not getting any help from that mean girl I asked this super cute happy helpful cashier. He was so nice and gave me all the pointers and tips. Jacob was so helpful I even signed up for the card. Thank you again Jacob for your help I will be back just for you. 🫶🏽

I have one word, rude staff. When paying for my products ( 2 fragrances with gift ) I noticed it had only one gift , in confusion I asked the cashier, whose name is Jacob. I think he wondered the same thing because he turned to the register next to his and asked his coworker the same question I had. The girl , black long hair whose name she didn’t provide, turned to me with such animosity and told me it was only one gift with purchase. I understood the situation and that’s when I asked if I could do separate transactions. At this point the girl could’ve just responded nicely and said yes or no, but again she did a glanced and said no in such a rude tone. Her attitude was that of annoyance and nasty facial expression that I was embarrassed to even ask more questions. Because the gift was

I am an Ulta girly for life after stopping in today. I needed help finding a new lippie combo because mine is discontinued. Sad I know. But Elysa swooped on in to help me color match a perfect match, miracles do happen! She was so helpful and felt passionately about makeup and great customer service. Walked out of there with more than I came for and I’m not mad!
