DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR DONE HERE! Waste of time and money. First pictures are the same day that they did my hair Last picture is 5 day after getting my hair “fixed”. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with my hair. I went in excited for a color change and walked out with a HORRIBLE result. My hair was left with several uneven tones—orange, yellow, and brown—as if it had been done by someone with no knowledge of color theory. Nothing like what I asked for or what was promised. I went back to have it fixed, and in less than a week it turned back to orange again. When I asked for help, the manager was rude and had no intention of assisting me—instead, she told me it was my fault because “she doesn’t know how I take care of my hair at home.” I even asked for a refund, or at least a gift

Coco is truly one of the kindest, funniest, and most helpful people. I only talked to her for a few minutes, but she is a ray of sunshine. She made my experience here so good and deserves all the praise!!

I needed to do a return of some full price items because I forgot to use my coupon, and asked the older woman (who was pretty rude and clearly annoyed about doing my return) if that refund would be issued immediately, and she said “yes”. I went to re-purchase my items after I used my coupon and boom, card declined. Then she tells me it takes 3-5 days for the refund to go through. After I literally just asked her if it would go through instantly. It was a bigger purchase because it was Christmas gifts, and now I don’t know if the refund will even go through before Christmas and I can get my kid the damn presents she wanted. Super annoyed this lady gave me the wrong very pertinent information.

My experience here was absolutely unacceptable. Although the store was clean and looked fine, my checkout was poorly handled. Renee, my cashier, was unprofessional and rude. She slammed my nail polish into the bag on the counter, nearly breaking it. She also failed to ask if I wanted to use my three dollars in redeemable points. Overall, her behavior was unacceptable.

Drove 30 minutes to this store because the Ulta website listed the Osea product I needed in stock. The display was disorganized and the products I was looking for were not there. Better off ordering online.
