In 2018, I initially went to see a chiropractor for my aches and pain while pregnant. After my chiropractor appointment, the doctor suggested getting a massage to relieve any muscle aches, and joint pains, and just improve relaxation. Of course, I then booked an appointment, and the massage therapist was Lauren. From there on, I have seen Lauren for prenatal, postnatal, and therapeutic massages - she has been my official massage therapist and my husband's! I used to only drive 15-20 minutes to get massages from her, but since she relocated, I now drive about an hour. I did consider looking for a massage therapist closer to home, but I worry that it would not be the same as Lauren's massages - it is hard to find such an incredible massage therapist like Lauren. Lauren is amazing, she is ver
