I’ve gone to salons with stylists that judged me on the state of my hair health and didn’t do much educating at all. When I went to Ulta I had such a completely different experience from start to finish. Customer service: 10/10 When I called ahead to see if there was anyone who was educated on natural kinky coily hair, the stylist who answered (Samantha) was very patient and helpful. She walked me through the services and what she thought could be a good fit. When I got to the salon her great service continued. She had a very welcoming demeanor. Samantha the hairstylist is soooo amazing-she was super knowledgeable and nice! I will continue to going back to her!I definitely recommend!!! Miss girll knows how to cut some bangsss :) I didn’t get the cashier’s name (long brown hair with some blonde) but she was also super sweet! I like the selection at this location much better than the other ones around even though it’s a smaller store.

Ciara: pretty pretty good. She clocked in and immediately made a B line to the register to back up. She provided a refreshing smile, professionalism and courtesy; she made the experience quick and enjoyable👍

I had such a wonderful experience with Annmarie! She was incredibly patient and attentive, taking her time to help me find the perfect shade of lipstick and concealer for my wedding day. I truly felt listened to and cared for throughout the process. Her knowledge and warm personality made the experience even more special. Highly recommend her for any bride-to-be or anyone looking for expert beauty guidance!

Great store to navigate !!! Much better than the crossing location. Did not even need help from any employees. The store is very nice!!! 10/10 would recommend
