I’ve been seeing Cinthia for microneedling and other skincare treatments leading up to my wedding, and I’m so happy I found her. She is incredibly knowledgeable and really takes the time to explain what she’s doing and why. I always feel comfortable in her chair and confident that I’m in good hands. My skin has been glowing, and I’ve noticed such a difference in the overall texture and brightness. She customizes everything to what my skin actually needs, which I really appreciate. On top of that, she’s easy to talk to and makes the whole experience feel relaxed and not intimidating. When you’re trusting someone with your face, that matters. I definitely recommend her, especially if you’re prepping for a big event.

It is time for me to have a steady skin care routine so I decided to try Vio. I am so glad I did. I had the hydrafacial with a booster. I was so relaxed during my process. Cinthia is very calming and knowledgeable. I asked about products. I was not pushed into buying anything with is a big factor into anything I am involved with, especially product based. The spa has so much to offer and I plan on continuing visits as well as new spa services.

Had a hydrafacial and derma-planning with Cinthia, she was so knowledgeable and communicative about everything she was doing to my skin. She also made recommendations based on my skin goals. I walked out with such glowy skin. I also met with Lena to get wrinkle relaxers before a big event. She recommended a better time frame than doing the procedure that day for me to have optimal results which I appreciated. Looking forward to my next appointment.

I have gotten facials for over 10 years now and this has been, by far, my best experience. The staff is absolutely amazing from the second you walk in.
