A great gift for my daughter and goddaughter. They were very happy and grateful. The staff were very attentive and provided excellent service.

Employee (possible manager) in her 50s-60s is just not very nice. Gave me dirty looks and rolled her eyes when I greeted her with a smile. I was doing a return and she had no communication. Zero customer service skills. I’ve experienced this at this location before it’s like they think they are better than everyone. Just not a good environment.

Went here for a gift card . Staff was very pleasant, premises was clean,upscale and easily navigated. I couldn't believe how many different bottles of every kind of beauty supplies there are in this store. They have it all. I went here right after a savage workout, unshaven and in well-worn gym attire. The sales associate that assisted me was a young woman that looked like a fashion model . To her credit, she never flinched at my appearance, and treated me the same as the other customers. She apparently could sense I had never been in a beauty supply before. Kudos to her for maintaining her professionalism. My wife was surprised they didn't call security on me.

Called for a haircut and the girl told me I could come “now” I said I could be there in 15-20 minutes and she made the appointment 15 minutes from when we were talking but told me not to worry because she’d extend the time because she knew we were still talking. By the time our call ended I had 10 minutes to get to the appointment. As I pulled into the parking lot I received a text telling me my appointment had been canceled, I called asking what happened and they said because my appointment was more than 10 minutes late they cancelled, no call, no attempt to reschedule. Very rude, very thoughtless.
