Love this place. I always fine just the right gift here and I love the products for myself as well.

We stopped in for some Candle Weekend deals and were pleasantly surprised! Even though a lot of the popular scents were out of stock, we had a great time searching for new favorites. Kianna was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I almost never review a business. But this was absolutely horrible from start to finish. Told me to go fond the bottle that was broken. could not find my rewards account. 20 minutes later told me to call customer service. Run away

I love all of the varieties. From sweet to savory to natural. You can find exactly what you're looking for from your local bath and body works. Oh wait there's more!!! They sell candles, defusers, oil, lotion, and soap. They have really good deals and there are always sales! The new desert candles smell exactly like the actual desert I could have eaten them. Love this store!!! Everyone is always nice and everything smells so good. We’d had an experience earlier this morning with an employee from a store next door lamenting about how she’d been there “since 9 am…” (it was 10:15 am…) and she was obviously hated her job. Every time we come to B&BW, we are greeted by friendly people. Today, Autumn was the person who said hello. Her bubbly, genuinely helpful personality was in such contrast to where we’d just left!! She and my daughter took a moment of “I know you from somewhere….” but ultimately realized they knew each other from class. My daughter mentioned she was looking for something specific and it was, unfortunately, sold out. A couple hours later, my daughter got a message that they’d found one remaining item and they held it for her and
