Hana B is the absolute best hair stylist around! I had my hair cut and colored and she listened to all my wants and concerns and she even gave some suggestions that I would’ve never thought about. She is very attentive and just amazing with people. I hadn’t had my hair done in years and was very anxious but she made me feel so comfortable and right at home. It’s the best my hair has ever looked! Thank you so much Hana and dawsonville Ulta!! 100/10!!!

The store manager Stephanie helped me so much in finding my skincare routine, she even labeled what order to do it on the products for me. You can tell she truly cares about her customers, and has AMAZING customer service skills! Thank you so much for the great experience! This location has such a great atmosphere, and the workers are always helpful!

I came in tonight to pick up some items before leaving on a trip. Luckily, I checked all of my items when I got home and saw that they sold me a lip liner that had been used and was not marked as a tester. It looks as if the lip liner had been returned and they just put it back on the shelf without checking it. The staff is also not as friendly as they are at other Ulta locations. I came in with my son and the employee almost ran right into him several times while (reluctantly) helping me find an item. It got to the point that I turned to my son and apologized on her behalf right in front of her and she still refused to acknowledge it. Next time, I’ll drive the extra half an hour to the location on exit 14.

Going to this location is always easy for me. I am always able to find what I need in stock but also doing pick up orders is easy & quick.t only grip is I wish they carried the Chanel line like the exit 14 location because that’s the foundation I wear. But other than that love this location!
