Outstanding service! We were helped by Kylie, Danny and Nina, and I honestly don’t think I have had that level of customer service ever - not just at Ulta but at any store anywhere. We had a complicated request and they stayed with us, helping cheerfully until it was resolved. Their attitude was amazing and I cannot say enough about how positive our experience was.

TODD. That is all I need to say. Thank you for taking the time to listen and walk me through my hair care journey. I am on my 5th hair donation and I only want the best for the recipient. I am so excited for the JVN line and cannot wait to update you in person.

My experience shopping here is always great. I was in the store a few days ago searching for multiple new makeup products and Brittany was a big help. She was very informative and helpful. This is my favorite Ulta in the Mobile and Baldwin county areas.

Katy Jo was our saving grace! Our wedding makeup artists canceled last minute and she spend over an hour with my mother and I, helping to find the perfect products! She had so much patience and amazing knowledge and recommendations! She deserves the biggest raise! We loved her!

I will not be returning to the salon. I waited 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment, and even after my hair was dried and styled, the back of my head was still damp. Additionally, the layers were not well blended and appeared very blunt. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations.
