Massage Essential Time

Some months ago, I sought options for deep tissue massage near Baldwin County. I looked at other places and didn’t quite find what I was looking for. Eventually, I found Phenecia West, who offered what I was looking for. Phenecia is very good at what she does. “It’s like Braille,” she says. She’s done massage therapy long enough to where she can ‘read’ your body, like the way you read Braille, and work accordingly. My shoulders were loosened a great deal after the first session, and I subscribed to the six month membership, which is a great value. She herself is a strong and intelligent person (gentle but strong, with a good outlook on life). Convenient location and nice ambiance. The lovely Phenicia squeezed me into a last minute slot. I’ve never met a LMT that offers stretch routines along with the massage. I really needed that stretch! The massage was the classic Swedish I think. Comes with hot towels and cranium massage (which I find isn’t commonly done). I felt great after. I really wanted a 90 minute but I was blessed to get the 60 on my schedule so I ain’t mad! Next time I’ll book earlier. Highly recommended!

Phenicia is truly amazing.Every session with her leaves me feeling lighter, calmer, and renewed .She has such an intuitive touch that feels like a full mind-body reset. I’m so glad I found her and I can’t recommend her enough!

I have been going here for about 6 months and absolutely LOVE it. It is a very relaxing and personalized service. Anywhere else I've ever gone makes me feel like I am just a number, but here I feel like the massage is customized to me each and every time. I always recommend her to my friends and my husband too!
